Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy (“RRP”) contains mandatory terms and conditions regarding your acceptance of products and your limited rights to cancellations, exchanges, returns and refunds in connection with your order for products.

Every time you access our services, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this RRP. If you do not fully and completely agree with the RRP, or any aspect thereof, you must stop using our services immediately and cease from all further use.
You agree that you shall inspect all Products within 15 days of receipt of the Products (“Inspection Period”) and either accept or reject such Products; provided, you shall be considered to have accepted any Product upon the unpacking or removal of said Product from its original packaging. You may only reject a Product if it does not conform to the model listed in your purchase confirmation at the end of the checkout process (“Nonconforming Products”).
You agree that the quantity of Product(s) in your order, as recorded by Vinco Performance on dispatch from Vinco Performance's place of business, is conclusive evidence of the quantity received by you on delivery unless you provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary.
You must act swiftly to receive a refund or replacement in the event of non-delivery.
You acknowledge and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted your delivery unless you notify Vinco Performance in writing of any Nonconforming Products during the Inspection Period and furnish such written evidence or other documentation as reasonably required by Vinco Performance. If you timely notify Vinco Performance of any Nonconforming Products, Vinco Performance shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether you may ship such Products back to Vinco Performance – at your own expense, to the extent legally permitted – and thereafter, whether the Products are Nonconforming Products. If Vinco Performance determines that the Products are Nonconforming Products, it shall reimburse you for all shipping expenses incurred in returning the Nonconforming Products and, in its sole discretion, either: (i) replace such Nonconforming Products with conforming Products or (ii) refund the Price for such Nonconforming Products. You acknowledge and agree that the remedies herein described are your exclusive remedies and represent Vinco Performance's sole and maximum liability relating to the delivery of Nonconforming Products.
Product conformity issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take every opportunity to make it right. Contact: info@vincoperformance.com
You Are Responsible for Pursuing Claims of Loss and Damage in Transit.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS, DISPUTES, CONTROVERSIES, AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF YOUR PRODUCT IN TRANSIT SHALL BE MADE BY YOU DIRECTLY AGAINST THE SHIPPING AND/OR DELIVERY CARRIER OF SUCH PRODUCTS; YOU AGREE THAT VINCO PERFORMANCE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING OR DEFENDING AGAINST ANY SUCH CLAIMS, DISPUTES, CONTROVERSIES, AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION.
Exchanges:
We want all of our customers to be happy. Vinco Performance has a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To start an exchange, first contact us at: info@vincoperformance.com. Vinco Performance may exchange any purchased item for one of equal value, regardless of size, color or lens type. Items sent back to Vinco Performance without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Any expenses incurred in returning product for exchange will be done so at the expense of the purchaser. Once your purchased item to be exchanged has been received, we will contact you to confirm the requested alternative item that we will ship to you free of charge.

Returns:

Refunds:
Vinco Performance will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Vinco Performance Limited Warranty:
Vinco eyewear product is warranted for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with valid purchase confirmation from Vinco Performance. Vinco Performance does not warrant against any lens scratches or abrasions. Alteration, misuse, abuse or installation of non Vinco lenses will void this warranty. The customer's exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by Vinco Performance. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods. Vinco will have the option at its discretion, to repair or replace a defective product with new or functionally equivalent product which may be of a different color or configuration.
To start a warranty claim, first contact us at: info@vincoperformance.com. Once you have received confirmation for the filing of a warranty claim, return your product with original purchase confirmation directly to Vinco for assessment. If a warranty claim is deemed to be valid, Vinco will replace or repair the product at no cost to the original purchaser for a period of two years. Items sent back to Vinco Performance without first requesting a warranty claim will not be accepted.

Any expenses incurred in returning product for warranty assessment will be done so at the expense of the purchaser. If the returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim, then Vinco will incur the cost of any further freight charges. If the warranty is deemed to be invalid, we will contact you in the event you want us to conduct repairs at your cost. You may be charged for outbound freight based on Vinco's standard shipping rates for returning invalid warranty claims.
