Dealer Application

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Vinco Performance LLC.

Freight

All initial orders will be shipped freight deduct, from locations specified by Vinco Performance LLC. International orders will be shipped EXW from locations specified by Vinco Performance LLC.

Reorders

Free ground shipping on all reorders over $250. Dealers will receive prebook discounts with Net 30 dating throughout the season. Qualification for free shipping applies to domestic US shipping only.

Ship dates

Vinco Performance reserves the right to ship up to one week prior to a customer's requested ship date without prior notification.

Payment of invoices

Freight charges are deductible with on-time payment. Finance charges of 1.5% per month, or the maximum allowed by law, will be added to all past due invoices.

Shipment of orders

All shipments are subject to credit approval and will be made only if the customer's credit status is satisfactory to Vinco Performance LLC. If credit requirements are not met by the requested ship date, product will not be reserved and can be used to fill other orders.

Purchase orders

Vinco Performance will only accept signed purchase orders that are in compliance with Vinco Performance terms and conditions of sale.

Modifications

Preseason orders are considered final and not cancellable. Modifications greater than 10% may result in loss of program terms.

Online sales

Selling Vinco product through a retailer's own website requires a signed marketplace agreement on file, in accordance with MAP pricing guidelines. Inquire with your sales representative. Under no circumstances may Vinco Performance products be sold on Amazon or eBay without written approval from Vinco Performance LLC. Any other third party marketplace is strictly prohibited.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from Vinco Performance, and a return authorisation number. Unauthorised returns will be refused. Goods returned to stock without authorisation are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is required to prepay freight charges.

Claims

All claims of mis-ships must be filed within 15 days of original outbound merchandise shipment. Transportation claims, damages, or lost shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.

Limited warranty

Vinco eyewear product is warranted for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with valid purchase confirmation from Vinco Performance. Vinco Performance does not warrant against any lens scratches or abrasions. Vinco will have the option at its discretion to repair or replace a defective product with a new or functionally equivalent product which may be of a different colour or configuration. Valid warranty claims will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the original purchaser for a period of two years.
